Step 4: IMPORTANT Go to these sites to shorten your URL

http://shortlinks.co.uk/

Step 5: Now go back to VN and post your urls that you have shortened twice to your own column and get your site some traffic while you earn money!

Hm.
So after looking at this, and giving it a quick go, I realised that the page views show up in my stats as being referred from adf.ly so I'm not sure how adsense will feel about this. Instead I have the adf.ly link pointing to a random URL and just use viewing network to get moneyz. Not much, but if viewing network is running in the background all the time you can build up credits pretty quick.
@Psy Yeah that is kind of a pain in the ass. I myself did this with sites but never with adsense I don't know if it would count towards you or against. The funny thing is is that I've been redirected from adf.ly to blogger before.
